So then Scrod, if I enjoy the ride and feel of a nicely inflated 28 tire on a standard 19mm wide rim, would you say a 23 tire on a wide rim will give the same-ish cush and comfy feel, while also handling better? Like you'd absolutely recommend a 23 tire of the wide rims as opposed to anything else?
