I read enough information on rolling resistance to change my rear tire out from a 23 to a 28, but I'm not totally convinced the awesomeness of a wider rim is worth rebuilding my wheels.

I have two wheelsets using A23 rims. I had used Mavic Open pro for several years with great results. However, the A23 is a better rim. I have had zero issues and the ride quality and handling is better.
