This makes no sense. The Mr. Tuffy liners are slowing you down more than the GP 4 Seasons, and I'm not taking about weight. They generate additional friction. If you aren't getting any cuts with 4 Seasons tires, then you are better off using those tires without Mr. Tuffy's than you are using Mr. Tuffy's with a slightly "racier" tire.
