On my way out to Queen Creek AZ from Apache Junction, there is a long stretch that goes through the wilderness. It was along this stretch that a red tailed hawk came up alongside of me and began to have a conversation with me. It didn't seem to be agitated, and kept up the chatter for several miles. It would fly ahead of me for a spell and then lag back again all the while "talking" to me. I began to talk to it too.
I tried to get a picture but couldn't get it done while ridding and figured if I stop it would fly away, which it finally did anyway. I figured it must have been someones pet at one time and I reminded it of who ever it was.
