Regardless, the OP's post didn't sound like the ramblings of an innocent man. If you'd really just randomly been arrested for sexual assault on a child, would you be posting about it on bike forums? Also, why mention what type of bike you were riding, the reason why you were heading home (wife returning from Omaha???), or the fact that you had no idea why the cops were stopping you? I'm skeptical here because the post set off a lot of red flags you'd look for when someone's lying.
