There's only two sides to the weight loss equation - Calories In, and Calories Out. You can lose weight by eating a bit less, or burning a few more calories, or by doing a bit of both.
It sounds like you're committed to the Calories Out, so just Keep Riding!
But, watch out for the Calories In - I've heard too many times, "I ride my bike 150 miles per week, but I can't lose even 1 pound!".
Exercise can stimulate appetite, so be careful not to stuff yourself (or, "reward" yourself) after each ride. Also, don't take along Gatorade and a PowerBar for a 20 mile ride - it's not necessary for rides of under an hour or so (unless it's really hot, in which case the Gatorade can help with electrolyte replacement).
Have patience, keep riding, and be careful with your food and the weight will come off. Plus, you'll be getting fitter and faster!
