On weekdays, I have it on at my desk at work (on the 47 inch Sony 240Hz monitor 3 ft from my face...dreamy!) I schedule meetings for the afternoons so I won't miss my tour coverage. If one of my idiot co-workers decides to come ask me a question during the final 5km of the race, well he's out of luck. I tolerate all of the idiocy from my co-workers with the NFL (overpaid thugs), the NBA (overpaid thugs), and Baseball (overpaid dopers), with the trade-off they understand the Tour is my thing and they leave me alone while it's on.

btw.....I LOVE NBC's coverage. Especially when I remember back to the bad old days of CBS's coverage of the Tour as an hour of highlights on two Sundays in July, heavy on the John Tesh music accompaniment. Good gosh that was awful.

here's what the Tour coverage used to be -

nbc is better than nothing, i agree. if you're bit-torrent friendly, you can find the eurosport coverage to DL and watch at home.

it will take me til mid september to watch the whole tour.
