Seems like the witnesses are getting a pretty good deal, especially Hincapie. They're doing what they can to let him ride his record-breaking TDF and then he'll serve a meaningless 6-month suspension after he's retired. I guess that just shows how reluctant these guys would be to talk unless they can get off virtually scott free.
Sounds like they all get off pretty light in exchange for flipping on the big target.
