IRD says:
115mm for compact double
122mm for triple (127.5 for "some" frames)

Not much help, sorry. You might contact IRD and ask what chainline each of the above achieves. Rear spacing (130 vs 135) may affect your choice. See http://sheldonbrown.com/chainline.html for more.
