I have taken out my bottom bracket to as i am servicing my bike now again and, have never done that since i owned it. Question is i pulled it and it said it is a modus 1.37 x 24t 121.5 mm left to right. what would be a good upgrade to this? I figure i might as well replace it while i have it out. any suggestions?
