Went for a ride today.... Every big bump was shooting a very sharp and intense pain from my seatbone. I hit it few days back, thought it was fine but motorcycle ride yesterday really twicked it the wrong way. I couldn't even do high intensity intervals seated.
I hope it gets better by Sunday.
