Today I started a high protein, low sugar diet supplemented with lots of leafy greens, and decided to cut back on the beer. After a month of that, I will quit smoking. Reason? I'm going to try to do some racing next year. Doing research on how to become a semi-pro racer and, though it is damned hard, I am not scared of a challenge and I get most things that I put my mind to. Step one: Power/weight ratio needs to change. I know I'll never be the next Lance or Eddy, but I'd still like to compete and not make a fool of myself. Wish me luck!
