Frame is pretty severely dented. I'd be afraid to ride it long term because I would bet eventually it will fail and it won't be pretty. I don't know that you can repair aluminum there. (Carbon you could easily, popular myth.)

I would ride it and avoid high speed, especially descents, while searching for a replacement frame.
