I say that you should just ride it, just try to avoid rough roads and fast descents. How much do you weigh? If you are really heavy....I wouldn't trust the frame.
Start saving up money for a new frame....you never know when this one will fail.

I got a small dent on the top tube of my CAAD 9 a couple weeks after I got it. 6000+ miles later it is still going. I
