So yesterday I went out to get some KOMs and 10 miles from my house as I just went over the top where the KOM ended I went down. I was going maybe 20mph with my
head up my a$$,
not watching where I was going, trying to fight the head wind, next thing I know my front wheel is in a 4" deep road crack. Down I went sliding under the guardrail but my bike bounce around another 15 feet. Cracked my helmet in half but my all carbon bike didn't get damaged. Just had to make some adjustments to make it back home. Can't really remember the 10 mile ride home. As soon as my wife saw me, she said let's sue Strava (joking). Well I got my KOM.
