I am waiting for my visa bill to show up, so that I can cancel a charge the placed on my account 3 weeks ago for goods I haven't yet received either. I have dealt with David many times before, and this is the last time. too many emails and phone calls not returned, charging my C/C without shipping, etc. from Now on it's Jenson USA (the best service I've ever had, but expensive shipping to Canada), Cambria bike outfitters - they're also spectacular, and finally my local LBS's, I don't give them near enough credit or business...
David can go to bike retailer hell, and I hope he goes bankrupt very soon!
