Looks like the BB's I used in the late 70's and early 80's, which, at the time, were called Record or Nuovo Record. Note the threads inside the cups where the spindle goes. Those are for expelling contaminants. Cool, huh?
Threading is Italian, and so is the intended shell, i.e. 70mm.
