Thanks for the info folks. I've posted a few additional pics of the most damaged paint areas. Most of the decals are shot, so I am leaning towards a re-paint right now. I actually recently picked-up a dirty and beat looking 1984 Miyata 310 (Golden Arrow Components) where the ol' clean and polish made it look just out of the box new, even has the original Miyata branded tires with the nubbies on there, but, this Giordana will look pretty beat-up even with a good cleaning. If it was as in as nice shape as Miamijim's there, I certainly wouldn't bother with the effort of a re-paint, as I prefer the vintage look in any case. But, the paint and decal damage may just be over that line for me. I just want to be sure I don't do something stupid that I would regret later.

I'd also be curious if anyone had a theory on the seat post a top tube damage. Bad workstand clamping on the ST and poor storage on the TT?

Arimajol: Yep, this is the one that was up in Milwaukee a few times before I think, though he was actually in Palmyra. Nice guy. Took a gander at his Bottechia while I was there too, but, it was a little outside my price range, even with the nice Campy headset. I jumped on the $40 listing for this one though.
