The point is that unless you've been living in a cave, this is the exact argument this being used against Strava in the current lawsuit. Other users popping up online doing the same thing isn't going to help. I like and use Strava, but they have a a bit of a PR issue outside of the cycling community IMO.

If you actually read his post, you'd see that it was a jab at those people.

And, it's about time the United States court's stood up and started making people be responsible for their actions. The lawsuits against Strava are frivolous at best. How you can hold anyone but yourself responsible for your actions is beside me... Especially grown ass people. This country makes me sad sometimes, so very sad.
