Hey Scrod, a couple of torque questions if you happen to know:

1. Torque Specs for the protype iso bottom bracket? Mine only came with a box and bolts, no manual. Should I just go off of Sugino 75 bb torque specs?

2. Nitto UI-21EX stem? Both faceplate and clamp? I might have to make a separate thread for this one, I searched high and low and couldn't find anything. Does the UI-85 come with a guide, do you think it might be similar to the 21EX?
