Do you eat meat? There's a RIGHTEOUS bbq joint on Lunt just west of Western. I forget the name but it's quite good. They have several sauces, I dug the one with a "C" on it, which I think was for "chipotle". The pulled pork was damn good and the "meaty beans" were awesome too.
I'd be down to hit that up sometime or just ride bikes or whatever. I don't get up that way often but I'll try to holler next time I do.
Got it. Yeah, meat is my friend. How have I not been there yet? Kaz was telling me about it when she went.

Today I decided on my ride to work that I need to eat a little better, get rid of a little pudge here and there... and then promptly got a bacon/egg "power panini thin" and a chai latte from Corner Bakery.

It's so hard to not chow down after riding 10 miles to work! Plus, today I am on my heavy geared commuter because I needed the rack. That thing weighs like 30lbs not including the load in the panniers.
ETA: Also I need to learn to trust my instincts. I thought it was weird that my rear tire on the commuter was so low on air when I topped it off this morning, but ignored my "you probably have a slow leak" instincts and rode it anyway. I'm pretty sure I do, in fact, have a slow leak. Sigh.
Pudge? SERIOUSLY? You're the tiniest person I know!
