I'm another Gatorade drinker. The powdered stuff has no HFCS, it lets you control the dilution, it's cheap in the big container, and it tastes good. (I also use Bag Balm as a chamois cream, but that's the subject of a different thread.)
I am a Gatorader and Bag Balmer as well. Cheap, lasts a long time, but works about the same as everything else.
