It takes me atleast 10-15 miles to get the cardio and muscles warm and responsive... Before that I just dont feel it... Case to point... My wednesday group rides have an A ride and the 2-3 times I attempted it, I dropped after 5-6 Miles because they start out hammering real hard right from the get go.. On other rides when we go easy the first few miles and hammer towards the end, I feel strong... Just curious to know if this is just me or its a common thing..
Also the first time my HR hits 90-95% MHR on a ride, I feel like S*it... After than I feel relatively better at those efforts...
