Douglas I believe was the house brand for Colorado Cyclist. If you google search you probably can get some information. IIRC Colorado Cyclist had Litespeed build them. CC was a big Litespeed dealer (I purchased mine through there) at one time (not any longer
afaik).
From what I have seen online the Douglas frames were solid, perhaps not spectacular, but solid.
