So I think this is a Japan made mid to late 80s Bianchi. Can anyone verify or correct me on this? Also, what is it worth?

Here are four new shots at top of the page (one of wheel with name). Im not very bike savvy, so Ill just provide the pics. I know that the hand interrupter brakes are new add ons because the person I got the bike from put them on for me. Everything else is the same as the condition we found it in.
