I'm backsliding. I'm starting to Strava some of my rides again. It all started on vacation when I did about 10 miles in the Keys on US 1 just because I thought that it was funny and I wanted some of my team mates to know what an awesome vacation I was having.
As long as I don't give a $h1t about segments I will be fine. Caring about Strava segments is counter-productive and Fred-ly.
Anyway, today was a pretty easy 35 mile ride in the heat of the day. It was supposed to be Zone 2 and I ride by feel and not PM. A couple of times I rode too hard for a while and then had to back off to get back on the training track.
