Specialized branded a fork would be made by someone else.
use their website and the bike serial number and write them.
to see if you can download the service manual for that fork..
1" threaded steerer tube, I'd just get a suspension corrected rigid fork.

the way you have that set up says its a rather undersized frame at it's core.

For a better fork, I suggest a new bike ..
