I can't tell from the photo if the derailleur cable guides run under the BB shell or have those old style brazed on guides above the shell. And was there brazed on brake cable guides on the top tube at some stage?

Saw the Tour of Gippsland today in Traralgon. 1.5km circuit with a steep 400m hill every lap. Pissed rain, cold, guys getting shelled on lap 1, etc. Robert McLoughlin destroyed them again. The other riders, including the U23 Australian team riders, can't blow wind up his arse. They might have potential, but he was the only bloke there who would step into a Euro team and go well straight off the bat.
