We have folks in their 80's riding 100+ miles per week, and lots of folks in teir 70's doing all sorts of things. I do a mixed bag - about 100+ miles per week, swim 4 hours per week, do a lot of weight lifting and stretching, and, until my achilles tendon started acting up from an injury, I walked a lot. I am working on the AT.
