Cold setting a frame... Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade Counties LBS recs?
A friend of mine that lives in Miami area wants to have a frame cold set from 126->130mm and was wondering where to go to get this done (not comfortable doing it himself). Any recommendations, either LBS or framebuilders, etc.?
