Greyhound Raleigh-built 3-speed.

I like old English 3-speeds. I saw an ad on CL with minimal description, no pic. I asked the seller for a pic, and this is what I got:

From what I can see, this appears to be a Raleigh-built 3-speed with a Dynohub and the original frame pump still intact. The chainguard, however, is missing. I like the chrome fenders. It's hard to tell if that's trash on the ground, or a black Raleigh reflector which would, I believe, indicate 1962 or older on the age of the bike.

The seller wants $300, which is crazy money, IMHO, but, hey, you can always make an offer based on condition. Does anybody have information on this mark? Any opinions as to value?
