For the first time, I commuted on my 'sporty' bike. I shaved about 10 minutes off my time. I guess I need to get stronger!

Also for the first time, I managed to ride through some vomit on the road, right where the open door of a parked car would have been if there had been a car there. At least, I'm pretty sure that was what it was. I'm guessing someone's hangover got the better of them as they pulled out. Fortunately I had just turned on to that road, and it was slightly uphill, so I wasn't moving all that fast, and I don't ~think~ any got on me. But still, gross! A new reason to take the lane!
