Okay, what this means is that even if you're off the back, don't go exploring the mock Iraqi village or the Simulated Down-town Bagdad training facilities (both of which are along the course)
I remember doing this race 2 years go. I was off the back, severely dehydrated, and cramping like a mofo. There was a military helicopter overhead shooting off some huge canon/gun thing. Every time they fired, the noise was so loud my body would tense... subsequently causing me to cramp even worse.
