True. What I like about strapping the tire is its basically self centering....if your frame isn't all warped.
I had a great idea once to line a straight edge up with BOTH wheels, because then the front would be absolutely straight. But my ruler wasn't long enough, so I scrapped that awesome idea. ANd here I am.
