Bikes: Specialized Roubaix - previously Bianchi Venice (pictured above)

What I've got is 9x3 G3 spoking. However, looking at the non-drive side, there appears to be quite a bit of difference. I've put some Fulcrum 5's on the bike in the meantime.

Most significantly, your mentioning cracks in the rim (I had this happen with some Bontrager wheels - on the rear no less !) got me to wondering, I hadn't checked for this. I see at least on eyelet on mine that appears to be have a crack radiating out from it. I thought it was a scratch from road debris or a bit of tar on the silver finish but it looks definitely like a crack. I think the best thing to do will be to dispose of my rear wheel, front looks fine.

Thanks for the offer and the info; that was very helpful.

I'm glad you mentioned the rim issue; that can be a big problem.
