I don't mind blan in a bike, actually prefer it to too flashy. However, the stem is already up pretty high and the one shown above as a change has a negative rise to it. The owner might not get the position they are wanting from it as the current one looks like a 90 degree. Maybe some riser bars are in need to be able to change up the stem.
