Wow, what cog did you go with in the back? I kinda like 39/16 (the way it came out of the box), so I suppose I might go up to an 18 or 20 if I went with an Automatix. I would probably ask the LBS to use an rear wheel I have laying around, as I bought my Uno with a set of Alex SUB wheels (the stock Jalco wheels were everyone's complaint, so I was scared).
