Strong but no endurance, what i am doing wrong?
I can pass many others when going uphill or on short run, but then i fall behind when there is a long run or against wind. It is not like breath goes out from me, but my legs are gonna be fatigued and hurt, with dull pain in them i must ease down.
How i can train endurance?
I use mountain bike on any terrain, driving like 50+ km every day.
