I'd like to put Centaur on a 2012 Bianchi Vigorelli frame if I could find the frame by itself. It doesn't appear that Bianchi offers the frame by itself. I also have no idea what it would cost. The Vigorelli bike has an MSRP of $1900 with Apex.
