I do not have experience with the Look, however I am very pleased with my CR1. The frame is light, stiff and yet still "forgiving" in longer rides. I would think that the upgrade in wheels would be one of the major differentiators between the two bikes. (The Rival and Ultegra seem a wash to me...)
St. Pete, you're right about the wheels. My current bike has EA70s that I can switch to the 566 if I decide to get it. But I like the Kysrium Elites as well. Arggh! I can't decide!
