BTW, if you already have a pair of lenses you don't need/want, you can send them back to rudy project with a check for 19.99 and they'll send you the replacement of your choice. If you're upgrading it's a bit more, either 24.99 or 29.99. If you're not sure, call them first. It takes a couple of weeks, but it can save you big $$$. I've done this a few times - the same thing applies if your lenses are scratched and you want replacements.
Thanks for the head's up. Actually, RP is exchanging the lenses for free as they're still brand new. Excellent customer service, btw.

Turns out the problem is in the multilaser coating that gives the clear glasses a little bit of a silver reflective sheen. Looks cool, but for whatever reason, the glare is terrible. Tried on a pair of the clear lenses without multilaser and made a world of difference. Something to remember the next time you're picking up a pair of lenses for your RP's.
