Today I rode my bike the 1.3 miles to metro. That was almost 2 hours ago. I'm still sweating.

Yesterday's ride home was on the tough side. The heat was really taking its toll. Had a woman on a tri bike wave me past after we climbed a hill, even though she had been keeping a pretty good lead on me up to that point. I'd creep up on her on the bigger hills, but she'd pull away pretty handily on the lesser inclines, declines and flats. Maybe she was afraid I was looking at her derriere ;-)
