I had a ****ty owner and managers at the JJ i used to work at. My current owner and managers are awesome though. Work is always fun. Rain, 106 degree weather or cold. BTW JJ corporate policy allows facial hair. It just has to be neat.
And I use a Chrome Pawn. Too small for my current needs. Looking at the Ortlieb.
