I know very little about Moser bikes. There is a similar model on bikepedia, 2000 year, MSRP was $1495.
If that is the model, its 12 years old. $1200 is beyond a stretch price wise, if it is that model (Moser Forma).

Please don't confuse ebay "asking" prices with "selling" prices. Many sellers never get their ask price. some are far from it. Value is determined once an item actually SELLS. Its easy enough to check SOLD prices.
