it is an old "Dutch" bike, could be a Gazelle or a Norta or a Batavus. Looks like it is in pretty good shape. It is hard to nail down a year as the design hasn't changed in 40 years. With a basket, I could sell that here in Toronto for $300 easily, they are very popular in large cities as they provide a very comfortable ride and they are in vogue now.
