Not me. Pack in/pack out. An empty Clif bar wrapper takes a lot less space in a jersey pocket than the full one that was in there before. I can't do those GU packs without getting all sticky, so I do not use them. I suspect that many who do, don't want that sticky empty in their pocket, so a lot of them get tossed.
