I was providing a differant POV to the poster of the video. My comment about my brother not wearing a helmet was an attempt to support my point regarding people that are reluctant to wear one and how things are changing.

To reiterate, and on topic this time, my opinion / advice would be for you to stick with a bicycle helmet and use various head accessory options to provide protection against the cold, instead of getting a second helmet.
