Yes, the frame has a cable stop, but the diameter of this stop is slightly larger than ferrule's diameter. If I place the ferrule at certain angle it will be held in place as it should. However, it slipped inside. The whole ferrule is inside.

It is possible that cable stop "floor" is broken, but I hesitate to disassemble half of the bike to fix it, at least for now.

It will work because the cable/housing runs straight from the aero-bars inside the frame. I will have picture later.
