Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

I have to assume the OP is measuring the entire chain's length. I don't think King Cong could "stretch" a chain 3/8" per 12" in only 4000 miles.
