Looks like they may not be made anymore. They appear to have been available in Europe but the British sites show the as out of stock. SJS Cycles may have them in stock though? http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/dia-compe...ber-prod23301/ Otherwise, ebay...

Do they have to be these ones or do you just need any dummy lever?
